丝裂霉素C在小梁切除术治疗青光眼中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价丝裂霉素C在复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼中的作用。方法选择2008年1月-2010年1月在我院眼科行MMC联合小梁切除术36例45眼和小梁切除术33例40眼的两组患者,年龄和性别基本匹配,进行回顾性比较分析。结果 MMC组出院时成功率97.8%,术后3、6、12个月成功率分别为93.3%、90.5%、82.5%。对照组出院时成功率95.0%,术后3、6、12个月成功率分别为71.8%、69.2%、67.6%。经过χ2检验,两组成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C能安全、有效地治疗青光眼。Objective To evaluate the effect of combining application of Mitomycin C in trabeculectomy.Methods Patients were selected from Jan 2008 to Jan 2010.Patients in MMC group （45 eyes）were performed trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C,while thirty-three patients（40 eyes） in control group were performed conventional trabeculectomy.Results The success rates of MMC group were 97.8% at the time of discharge from hospital and 93.3% at 3 months,90.5% at 6 months,82.5% at 12 months;while the rates with trabeculectomy were 95.0%、71.8%,69.2% and 67.6% respectively.Conclusion MMC combined with trabeculectomy surgery is effective and safe for treating glaucoma.
