摘　　要：现象学研究方案是人本心理学家将现象学哲学观点和方法应用于心理学研究的一种尝试。它主张心理学的研究主题应是人类实际经验,研究参与者的选择要按照研究目的来进行,而研究过程则包括由访谈收集资料、分析资料以获得个别现象描述、个别心理描述和一般心理结构几个阶段。现象学研究方案的提出进一步完善了人本心理学方法论,也弥补了传统心理学研究所存在的某些不足。The phenomenology research approach is an attempt to use the wiews and methods of phenomenological philosophy to psychological research by Humanistic psychologists.In their opinions,the themes of psychological research should be the experiences of human beings,the participants of research should be chosen according to the research purpose.The processes of the research should include collecting material from interwiews,analysising it to get individual phenomenal descriptions,individual psychological descriptions and general psychological descriptions.The invention of the phenomenology research approach has improved the methodology humanities psychology further,and reparated some deficiencies of triditional psychological research.
