摘  要:饲料中含50g/kg·d,30g/kg·d的无腺体棉仁(GCK)能降低正常大鼠血液总脂水平,对空腹血糖和血清胆固醇以及口服葡萄糖耐量无差异性影响,但对肾上腺素所致高血糖有控制作用。进一步对四氧嘧啶致大鼠高血糖模型研究发现,这两种剂量连续饲喂三周,能显著降低模型鼠血清葡萄糖水平。低剂量的GCK还显示,对模型鼠口服葡萄糖耐量,血清胆固醇、甘油三脂,糖化血浆蛋白的含量均比对照鼠显著改善。血液流变学的研究还表明,GCK能显著降低模型鼠的血粘度、聚集指数、纤维蛋白原水平。表明GCK对四氧嘧啶所致高血糖水平的的降低不仅具有稳定作用,还和改善模型大鼠恶化了的微循环有关。The results of feeding test with normal Wistar rats showed that the feed containing 50 g/kg. d or 30 g/kg. d glandless cottonseed kernels (GCK) could reduce blood total lipid level and physiological high blood sugar induced by adrenaline,but had not significant effect on serum glucose,cholesterol and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). However,the further feeding test with the high blood sugar of SD rats induced by alloxan demonstratedthat the same feed containing GCK (50 or 30 g/kg. d)could significantly reduce serum glucose level after three weeks feeding and meanwhile could improve oral glucose tolerance aswell as reduce serum cholesterol, triglyceride and glyco-plasmaprotein, compared with thecontrol. In the hemorrheological test,it was showed that the GCK could reduce whole bloodviscosity at high or low shear, plasma viscosity, hematocrit,ESR,aggregation index and fibrinogen,ect.. So it is suggested that GCK has stable action of reducing serum glucose and acertain action related to the improvement of hemorrhelogy.
