复合型外语人才现状与就业需求调查报告——以唐山市为例

摘　　要：运用定量研究的方法,对唐山市30余家涉外企业的问卷调查分析表明：目前唐山市在复合型外语人才资源方面总量不足,学历较低,并预测6类复合型外语人才为唐山市外向型经济发展所急需。调查与预测的结果可为有关部门在人才引进,高校确定人才培养目标时提供必要的根据。The current survey of more than 30 foreign enterprises in Tangshan City is conducted by the use of quantitative research methods and its showed the lack of adequate inter-disciplinary foreign language talents in Tangshan City. The paper predicts that six kinds of inter-disciplinary foreign language talents are needed urgently in terms of Tangshan export-oriented economic development. The results of the investigation and prediction of human resources needs can be introduced to the relevant departments and colleges and universities for considering personnel training objectives.
