摘　　要：在中国立法不断完善与法律向社会渗透不断受阻，矛盾日益突出的今天，从社会主体的角度探讨法律接受的内涵，解析其结构和类型，为探求矛盾的解决提供了分析框架与工具。On the contrary to the improvement of legislation in China, the acceptance of law is becoming more difficult. The paper discusses the connotation of the acceptance of law in term of the main body of society on the basis of analyzing its structure and classification.
