摘　　要：介绍并分析了掘进机用隔爆型操作箱外壳的整体结构,合理地设计隔爆接合面及操纵机构的尺寸关系,从而达到隔爆的目的。采用创新设计的急停按钮限位结构,能迅速断开操作箱的电气控制回路,使其操作更加安全、简便。An overall structure of outer covering of flameproof operation cabinet for tunneling machine were presented and analyzed. The flameproof joint and the size relationship of control mechanism reasonably, it can achieve the purpose of flameproof. The position-limit of E-STOP button adopted innovative design method can break off the electrical control system of operation cabinet rapidly, thus it is much more safer and convenience of operation.
