低碳钢厚壁球壳热处理时的非定常应力分析

摘　　要：依据空间等参元理论、热传导及热弹性本构方程,对低碳钢厚壁球壳热处理时的非定常热应力进行了有限元分析,得到了热应力随温度场变化的规律,由强度条件为低碳钢厚壁球壳热处理时温度场控制提供了依据。The finite element analysis of unsteady thermal stress was carried out on low-carbon steel thick spherical shell during heat treatment, based on the theory of 3D isoparametric element, and carbon steel thick shell during heat treatment from the strength condition.
