矿区可持续发展的几个基本问题

摘　　要：本文从可持续发展的角度 ,重新界定了矿区的涵义 ,并将矿区发展过程划分为三个阶段。在此基础上提出了矿区可持续发展的概念、内涵及目标 ,进而深入地分析了矿区资源环境与矿区可持续发展的关系 ,以及矿区生产系统的物质流动情况 。In the paper,the concept of “mining areas”is defined anew in accordance with sustainable development,and the development process of mining areas is divided into three stages.On this,the concept,connection,objective of the sustainable development of mining areas are given;the relation between mining areas resources and sustainable development of mining areas and the situation of substance flow in production system of mining areas are analysed.Some heuristic conclusions are drawn.
