摘  要:在建立地质钻进用金刚石复合片(PDC)高频感应焊接温度控制系统数学模型的基础上,针对PID与Smith预估补偿在控制大滞后系统时出现的超调、振荡及鲁棒性差的问题,引入了采用调整系统控制量的模糊自适应控制,通过Matlab仿真分析表明模糊控制与Smith预估相结合对于改善大滞后系统的动态与稳态性能是非常有效的。Mathematical model of temperature control system in high frequency induction welding for PDC bit used in geological drilling is eslablished firstly, then aimed the problem that overcontrol , oscillation and bad robustness often happens in PID controller and smith prediction control applied in long time-delay control system, a way named Fuzzy self-adapting control of adjusting controlled quantity is introduced. According to Matlab simulation, it reveals that fuzzy control combined Smith prediction control is very effective to improve dynamic and stable properties of long time-delay control system.
