摘 要:通过对我国优秀女子3 000 m障碍跑运动员李珍珠的冬训负荷进行研究,得出以下结论:运动员的训练以混氧耐力训练为主,通过加大混合代谢的负荷来提高训练的负荷强度;运动员的训练节奏明显,负荷强度安排合理,在保持一定负荷的基础上不断提高负荷强度,符合当前先进的障碍跑训练的趋势;各项训练计划如期完成,运动员运动能力和运动成绩得以大幅提高。By studying winter training loads for LI Zhen-zhu as an excellent women 3000m steeplechase racer in China,the authors drew the following conclusions: the racer’s training was mainly aerobic and anaerobic training mixed stamina straining,her training load intensity was increased by increasing the load for mixed metabolism;during the racer’s training,the pace was distinctive,the load intensity arrangement was rational,and the load intensity was constantly increased on the basis of a certain load,which is in conformity with the trend of advanced steeplechase straining today;various training plans were executed as scheduled,and the racer’s sports capacity and performance were significantly improved.
