摘　　要：目的 探讨术前介入化疗对晚期直肠癌患者治疗的疗效.方法 对笔者所在医院收治的32例晚期直肠癌患者进行回顾性研究.结果 22例行标准根治术或扩大根治术;4例行姑息性切除术;2例行结肠造瘘术.结论 直肠癌的术前辅助化疗降低了局部复发率、提高了手术切除率、增加了保肛率.Objective To preoperative intra - arterial chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer patients with the efficacy of the treatment. Methods Treated in our hospital of 32 patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients were studied retrospectively. Results 2 rou- tine standard radical masteetomy or extended radical mastectomy ; 4 routine palliative resection; 2 routine eolostomy. Conclusion Preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for rectal cancer reduces local recurrence rate, and improve the resection rate, increased sphincter preservation rates.
