摘 要:基于喷束壁面引导、分层技术和空间分散的思想,设计了一种新型的柴油机燃烧系统——“双壁面射流”燃烧系统,提出了“双壁面射流”燃烧系统的设计原则和燃烧方法,并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:柴油机采用新型燃烧系统后,气缸压力和NOx排放降低,扭矩点的缸压峰值由原机的13.0MPa降低到10.7MPa,标定点的缸压峰值由原机的12.5MPa降低到10.1MPa;扭矩点的N0。排放体积分数由原机的731×10^-6降低到487×10^-6,标定点的NOx排放体积分数由原机的516×10^-6降低到369×1^-60;在燃油消耗率与原机相当的情况下,烟度仅恶化0.2~0.3BSU。Based on the concept of wall-guiding spray, stratification and space dispersion, the novel combustion system, which was the double wall jet combustion system, was designed and its design principal and combustion method were put forward. The results show that, with the novel combustion system, the cylinder pressure and NOx emission decrease. The peak cylinder pressure under maximum torque condition decreases from 13.0 MPa to 10.7 MPa and that under rated condition decreases from 12.5 MPa to 10.1 MPa. The NOx emission under maximum torque condition is reduced from 731 〉 10-6 to 487× 10^-6 and that under rated condition is reduced from 516× 10^-6 to 369 × 10^-6. Compared with the original engine, the specific fuel consumption keeps the same, but the smoke is increased by 0.2-0.3 BSU.
