摘 要:目的:了解行业伦理教育对应用心理系大学生伦理意识的影响。方法:对来自广州市和珠海市两所高校的101名应用心理系学生,实施进行6个案例教学,内容涉及心理咨询与治疗从业过程中经常遇到的伦理学方面的问题。采用自编"心理咨询和治疗伦理问题调查问卷(学生版)"进行行业伦理知识的评估。结果:在心理咨询和治疗行业伦理的5个重要方面:专业能力和情感能力、知情同意和保密原则、治疗设置、双重关系、心理测验的使用,案例教育课前后应用心理系学生对于行业伦理问题的判断均发生明显的变化(P<0.05或P<0.01)。教学后学生认为各个条目"符合伦理"的比例降低,"不符合伦理"的比例升高,"不清楚"的比例降低(如"为自己的朋友咨询",教学前认为符合、不符合、不清楚的人数分别为26.7%、57.4%、15.8%,教学后分别为8.9%、86.1%、5.0%)。99%的学生认为与伦理道德规范不符合的条目由案例教育前的5条,变为教育后的17条。应用心理系学生判断有争议的条目从案例教育前的25条减为教育后12条。结论:心理咨询行业伦理教育能够改变应用心理系大学生的伦理意识,使他们的伦理意识更加明确。Objective: To understand the effects of the ethics education in psychotherapy and counseling on the ethical awareness of the students majoring in applied psychology. Methods: Totally 101 students from 2 universities of Guangzhou and Zhuhai were selected, and were given 6 cases education about counseling ethic. A self-made questionnaire for ethical problems in psychotherapy and counseling( for the students)was used in to assess the ethical awareness. Results: The ethical awareness of the students changed after the ethics education, such as in 5 important aspects of ethics in psychological counseling and psychotherapy, including the professional and emotional competences, the principles of informed-consensus and confidentiality, the settings of therapies, the dual relationships, and the use of psycho-tests(Ps 〈0. 05). After the ethic education, the rates of choosing "being ethical" and " being unclear" in items were decreased, while that of choosing "being unethical" was increased. For example, to the item " counseling for his/her friends", the rates of client judging "being ethical", "being unethical", and "being unclear" were 26. 7%, 57.4% and 15. 8% before the ethics education, and were 8.9%, 86. 1% and 5.0% after the ethics education, respectively. The items that 99% students considered inconsistent with the ethical codes increased from 5 to17 after the intervention, which referred to several important aspects of ethics in psychotherapy and counseling. The controversial items in the survey decreased from 25 to 12. Conclusion: The ethics education in psychotherapy and counseling could change the ethical awareness of the students majoring in applied psychology, and make their ethical awareness clearer.
