大型煤化工项目煤储运系统存在的问题及整改措施

摘　　要：介绍了新奥集团新能凤凰(滕州)能源有限公司72万t/a甲醇项目煤储运系统的工艺流程;简述了煤储运系统在设计、安装调试过程中存在的问题;分析了试运行过程中出现问题的原因;提出了改变除尘器安装位置、调整环形给煤机轨道、加大皮带拍打轮直径等技术改造措施;总结了技术改造效果。Author has introduced the process flow in the coal transport and storage system of the 720 000 t/a methanol project of the Xinneng Fenghuang Energy Source Company Ltd. , Xinao Group; has briefly described the problems existed in process of design, installation and commission test for the coal storage and transport ; has analyzed the reason of the problems occurred in the running test ; has presented the technical reformation measures of changing the installation location of the de-duster, adjusting the rail way of the annular coal adding machine and enlarging the beat wheel diameter and so on; has summarized the effect of the technical reformation.
