摘 要:目的:探讨癫痫患者血清S100β蛋白浓度与学习记忆的关系。方法:(1)用酶联免疫吸附法检测63例原发性癫痫患者及40例对照组血清的S100β蛋白浓度;②以对照组血清S100β蛋白浓度算出的正常参考值范围为对照,将63例癫痫患者按S100β蛋白的测值分为高浓度组(23例)、中等浓度组(21例)及低浓度组(19例);③认知功能评价:运用简易智能精神状态量表(MMsE)排除痴呆;运用汉密尔顿抑郁分级量表(HAMD)排除抑郁患者;运用临床记忆量表(CMS)及失匹配负波(MMN)评估记忆功能。结果:原发性癫痫患者的血清S100β蛋白浓度在高浓度组、中等浓度组及低浓度组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组与高浓度组及低浓度组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),与中等浓度组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。事件相关电位MMN潜伏期在高浓度组、中等浓度组和低浓度组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组与高浓度组及低浓度组的MMN潜伏期差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组与中等浓度组的MMN潜伏期差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。记忆商值在高浓度组、中等浓度组及低浓度组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组与高浓度组及低浓度组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),与中等浓度组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。神经心理学评分,高浓度组的血清S100β蛋白浓度与相应的MMN潜伏期呈正相关(r=0.864,P=0.006),与学习记忆呈负相关(r=0.685,P=0.045);中等浓度组、低浓度组的血清S100β蛋白浓度与相应的MMN潜伏期呈负相关(r=-0.517,P=0.008;r=0.864,P=0.001),与学习记忆呈正相关(r=0.505,P=0.01;r=0.586,P=0.049)。结论:血清S100β蛋白浓度可以作为评价癫痫患者学习记忆障碍的�Objective:To search for the corretetion between learning-memory and serum S100β protein concentration in patients with epilepsy. Methods: (1)Serum S100β protein levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)in 63 patients with idiopathic epilepsy and 40 controls; (2) Sixty-three patients were divided into 3 groups: High concentrations of S100β protein (23 cases), moderate concentrations of S100β protein (21 cases), low concentrations of S100β protein protein(19 cases) ;(3) Recognition assessment : dementia patients were removed by minimental state examination(MMSE),depression patients were removed by Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) , clinical memory scale(CMS) and mismatch negativity(MMN)to assess the capacity of learning-memory. Results: Difference was observed in S100β protein levels,memory quotient,latency of MMN in the of three groups(P〈0.05). High concentrations of S100β protein group with positive correlation between the latency of MMN (r= 0. 864, P= 0. 006) and with negative correlation between memory quotient ( r=- 0. 685, P = 0. 045 ) moderate concentrations of S100β protein group , low concentrations of S100β protein group with negative correlation between eclipse period of MMN(r=-0. 517,P=0. 008;r= -0. 864,P=0. 001)and with positive correlation between memory quotient(r= 0. 505, P = 0.01 ; r = 0. 586, P =0. 049 ). Conclusion: Serum S100β protein concertration may be used as a biochemical indicator to reflect learning memory in patients with epilepsy.
