摘　　要：目的探讨解整合素-金属蛋白酶12(ADAM12)和妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)联合检测与自然流产的相关性。方法利用时间分辨检测技术,对2756例孕妇血清中ADAM12和PAPP-A进行了检测,其中正常妊娠组2660例,自然流产96例。结果正常妊娠组血清中ADAM12和PAPP-A含量随孕龄的进展稳定增加,自然流产组ADAM12和PAPP-A含量明显低于同孕周正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论孕妇ADAM12和PAPP-A联合检测在预测自然流产方面有较高的准确性,在异常妊娠检测方面有较大的临床价值。Objective： To study the relationship between the combined test of ADAM12 and PAPP- A and spontaneous abortion. Methods ： Time - resolved detection technology was used to measure the serum ADAM12 and PAPP - A level in 2？56 cases of pregnant women, including 2660 cases of nomal pregnancies, and 96 cases of spontaneous abortion. Results： The serum ADAM12 and PAPP - A level of nomal pregnancy group increased steadily as the progression of pregnant age, which was significantly higher than that of spontaneous abortion group at the same pregnant age, and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The combined test of ADAMI2 and PAPP - A of pregnant women has high accuracy in prediction of spontaneous abortion, and also has great clinical value in detection of abnormal pregnancy.
