摘 要:以来自新疆阿勒泰不同地区的罗布麻茶样为实验材料,比较应用紫外分光光度法和硝酸铝显色法测得的各茶样的总黄酮含量,并将之与茶样的抗氧化能力进行相关性分析,分析测定罗布麻茶总黄酮含量和罗布麻茶样品质的合适方法。实验结果显示,硝酸铝显色法测得的罗布麻茶中总黄酮含量显著高于紫外分光光度法,且该含量与罗布麻茶样的抗氧化能力呈显著正相关;而紫外分光光度法,虽然专属性较强,且操作简便迅速,但用该方法测得的含量却与抗氧化能力呈负相关。由此可见,硝酸铝显色法测得的数值能更好地代表罗布麻茶叶的品质,而紫外分光光度法测得的数值则更准确显示样品中总黄酮的含量。Suitable methods to determing the total flavonoids content in Apocynum venetum tea and to analyse the quality of A.venetum tea were studied in this paper with tea samples from different areas of Altay Xinjiang as the materials.Results showed that total flavonoids contents determined by the Na2NO2-Al(NO3)3 method were significantly higher than those determined by the UV spectrophotometry method and the contents determined by the Na2NO2-Al(NO3)3 method were significantly positive with the tea's antioxidation capacitis.While the contents determined by the UV spectrophotometry method,although it was both specific and convenient.were negative to the tea's antioxidation capacitie.Therefore,contents determined by the Na2NO2-Al(NO3)3 method can well represent the quality of A.venetum tea and contents determined by the UV spectrophotometry method can well represent the accurate total flavonoids contents in A.venetum tea.
