摘　　要：对中国和食品法典委员会、欧盟、美国、澳大利亚、日本等国际组织及中国主要贸易国的农食产品重金属限量进行比较分析,分别从重金属检验项目、食品种类和主要农食产品的限量值3方面进行了比较分析,并对中国在主要农食产品的重金属限量方面提出了建议。This paper comparative analyzed heavy metals limits of major agro-food in Codex,China and China＇s major trading countries and regions,such as European Union,the United States,Australia and Japan,included comparative analysis on heavy metal inspection items,category of foods and limits of major agro-food three aspects respectively.Besides,the suggestions on the heavy metals limits of major agro-food in China were put forward accordingly.
