液氮冷冻治疗骨巨细胞瘤48例报告

摘　　要：本文报告４８例骨巨细胞瘤，用病灶彻底刮除、液氮灌注冷冻及自身髂骨植骨治疗。经随访２年３个月～１７年４个月，取得好的效果。In this research,48 cases of giant cell tumor of bone were studied by thoroughly curettage of foci,liguid nitrogen perfusion and refrigeration and autotrans,plantation of ilium,After follow up Survey of a period from 2 years and 3 months to 17 years and 4 months,the results were as follws:40 cases were cured and the function of the wounded limbs retutned normal;6 cases were reoccured and were finally cued by recurettage and refrigeration and bone grafting;1 case had amputation and the last case combined with femoralnerve paralgsis which were naturally cured later.
