摘　　要：Ｑｕｏｘ－１是从５ｄ胚龄鹌鹑的ｃＤＮＡ文库中克隆的同源盒基因，属于ＣｌａｓｓⅠＨｏｘ基因家族的特别成员，至今未分离出其人类同源基因。用免疫细胞化学技术（ＳＰ法）检测了４２例人白血病患者骨髓细胞的Ｑｕｏｘ－１表达。结果发现１０例急性淋巴细胞性白血病（ＡＬＬ）全部阳性，染色部位在细胞核，而在慢性髓性白血病（ＣＭＬ）、慢性淋巴细胞性白血病（ＣＬＬ）、急性髓细胞白血病（ＡＭＬ，包括Ｍ１～Ｍ７）中表达低甚至不表达，这为进一步从相应肿瘤中筛选、克隆Ｑｕｏｘ－１的人类同源基因提供了可能的肿瘤模型，并为临床诊断ＡＬＬ提供了一种参考指标。Quox 1 gene is the homeobox gene isolated from 5 day quail fetus,belonging to one of the particular members of class I Hox genes,but its human homologic gene has not been cloned yet Quox 1 expression of marrow cells from 42 cases of leukemia was tested by using immunohistocytochemical technique(SP method) The results showed that all 10 cases of ALL had strong positive expression of Quox 1,and cells from CML, CLL or AML only had a low level expression or no expression of Quox 1 The results also indicate the possibility to isolate human homologic gene of Quox 1 gene from ALL cells On the other hand, Quox 1 expression might provide a reference index of clinical diagnosis of ALL
