高压氧在肿瘤化疗中的实验研究及临床应用现状

摘　　要：随着肿瘤内科学的发展,肿瘤化疗已经成为肿瘤晚期和复发转移患者的主要治疗方法 ,但化疗药物大多对细胞毒性较大,在肿瘤化疗的过程中,对正常细胞有毒副作用;如何提高肿瘤化疗的疗效,减轻化疗的不良反应越来越受到人们的关注。而高压氧对肿瘤化疗有增敏、减毒的作用。近年来有关高压氧与肿瘤化疗之间的关系也在不断进行研究和探讨,临床应用结果提示,高压氧对恶性淋巴瘤、脑部肿瘤、肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌等的化疗有很好的增效减毒作用。本文就高压氧在肿瘤化疗中实验研究及临床应用现状进行了综述。With the development of medicine oncology,chemotherapy has become a main treatment methods for the advanced cancer and metastasis.However,the cytotoxicity of most chemotherapeutic drugs are much greater,and show toxic side-effects on normal cells in the chemotherapy process.How to improve the chemotherapy efficacy and reduce the side effects were paid more attentions.The hyperbaric oxygen can play a role of sensitization and attenuation in chemotherapy of tumors.In recent years,the application of hyperbaric oxygen in chemotherapy was studied in lab and clinic.The clinical application showed that hyperbaric oxygen has a obvious function of sensitization and attenuation for malignant lymphoma,brain tumor,lung cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer chemotherapy.This paper reviewed the experimental study and clinical application of hyperbaric oxygen in chemotherapy of cancer
