年轻已婚女性人格、社会支持与婚姻质量的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探索人格特质、社会支持与婚姻质量的相关关系。方法使用五因素人格量表、社会支持量表与婚姻调试测定量表,对126名年轻的已婚女性进行横断面问卷调查。结果 1被试婚姻调试平均分低于100分,婚姻失谐风险者占多数(61.91%);2有子女的已婚女性婚姻调试得分显著低于尚未有子女的已婚女性(t=-3.16,P<0.001);中低学历者婚姻调试得分显著低于高学历者(F=-29.35～-49.14,P<0.001);3神经质与婚姻质量显著负相关(r=-0.24,P<0.01),经验开放性及社会支持各维度均与婚姻质量显著正相关(r=0.24～0.30,P<0.01)。结论神经质性的人格特点对婚姻有消极影响,良好的社会支持可提升婚姻幸福感。Objective To explore the relationslop between young married women＇s personality,social support and marital quality.Methods A total of 126 married women who were intended to participate in a marital education program were asked to complete the NEO-Five-Factor Inventory,Social Support Rating Scale and Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test before the education program started.Results ①Participants mean score of MAT was significantly lower than 100,many of them might have high risk for marital dissatisfaction（61.91%）.②The women who already had children had lower score on MAT than the women who didn＇t have children yet（t=-3.16,P〈0.001）;Women with lower education background had lower scores on MAT than the women with higher education background（F=-29.35～-49.14,P〈0.001）.③Neuroticism had obvious negative correlation with marital quality（r=-0.24,P〈0.01）,openness and all subscales of social support had obvious positive correlations with marital quality（r=0.24～0.30,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Neuroticism has negative effect on marital quality;Good social support plays a very important role in happy marriage.
