摘 要:产业结构调整,特别是淘汰落后技术和工艺的产业,必然要伴随着其所对应的组织结构的调整。组织结构的调整能否顺利完成,将决定着产业结构调整目标的实现与否。因此,如何解决好组织结构调整过程中的冲突问题和不和谐音符,强化有利因素,削弱阻力因素,化解冲突问题,促进结构调整的顺利进行,进而实现产业结构调整目标,将是国有企业及所有面临产业结构调整的企业所必须面对的不可逃避的现实问题。本文阐述的是一个典型的东北老工业区产业结构调整的案例,案例中所发生的各种冲突以及遇到的各种情况都是比较典型的。The technological restructuring,especially in the elimination of outdated technology and engineering,go hand in hand with the corresponding adjustments of their organizational structures.Whether the adjustments of organization structure can work successfully or not will determine the realization of technological restructuring in return.As a result,it is inevitable and essential for state-owned enterprises and all the enterprises facing the technological restructuring to think about how to deal with the conflicts and incompatible elements effectively,strengthening the good ones,weakening the resistances,resolving the conflicts to contribute to the organization restructure,so as to make the technological restructuring come true.The paper illustrates a classic case about restructuring in Northeast Industry Economic District,in which all kinds of conflicts and circumstances are analyzed in detail.
