摘　　要：企业知识孵化环境具有一般企业内部环境的特性,它也需要对企业的资金、组织等能力作分析,并据此确立企业的发展方向和战略计划。知识孵化环境有三个重点:承认个人独特和创造价值;强调团队工作对创新的帮助;鼓励创新的企业氛围。把握了这三个特色,企业就可以保证整个知识孵化过程的顺利开展,促进知识孵化的高效率发展。The brooding environment of enterprise knowledge holds the features of internal environment with the common enterprises, the enterprise needs to analyze the ability of funds, organization, etc. and accordingly determines its development direction and strategic plan. There are three key points in knowledge brooding environment： recognizing individual uniqueness and creative value, valuing teamwork in innovation, encouraging innovative enterprise environment. The three characteristics will guarantee smooth and qualified development in the whole knowledge birth.
