摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对急性白血病化疗的副作用和生活质量的影响。方法:对160例白血病患者化疗期间的护理干预进行分析总结。结果:通过对白血病化疗进行全过程系统的护理干预后,包括心理、静脉、口腔、肛周和饮食等护理措施。护理组患者在生活质量总分、感染的发生率和患者遵医行为等方面都较对照组有显著提高。结论:通过全方位的护理干预,改善患者对疾病的认识,全方位系统化的护理措施可以提高了患者的生活质量。Objective ：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the side effects of chemotherapy in acute leukemia and quality of life. Methods： Review and analysis 160 patients treatment outcome with nursing intervention during chemotherapy. Results：through comprehensive nursing intervention during the chemotherapy in acute leukemia, including psychological, intravenous, oral, anal and the nursing diet. Patients in experimental group, Compared with control group, had improved significantly in the quality of life score, infection rates, and compliance of patients. Conclusion：comprehensive nursing intervention and systematic measures should be helpful to improve patient care and quality of life.
