摘 要:目的探讨术后早期肠内营养在老年食道贲门癌患者中的临床应用价值,并与全肠外营养进行比较。方法 102例老年食道贲门癌患者随机分为术后早期肠内营养组(EEN组)51例,全肠外营养组(TPN组)51例,术前、术后第8天测定体重、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、肝功能,观察肛门排气时间、并发症发生率及治疗费用情况。结果老年食道贲门癌患者术后行EEN对肝功能影响小,在改善营养、促进胃肠功能恢复,减少感染并发症,降低治疗费用等方面明显优于TPN。结论术后EEN可成为老年食道贲门癌患者术后首选的营养方式。Objective To compare the clinical value of early enteral nutrition(EEN) with total parenteral nutrition(TPN) in elder postoperative patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer.Methods Elder postoperative patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer were randomly divided into EEN group(n=51)and TPN group(n=51).The weight,serum albumin,prealbumin and liver function were measured before operation and on the eighth day after operation.The anal exsufflation time,infectious complications,duration of hospital stay and treatment cost were observed.Results In comparison with TPN,EEN in elder postoperative patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer decreased the postoperative infectious complications and the treatment cost,shortened the duration of hospital stay,improved nutritional status and recovery of gastrointestinal function and had less side effects on liver function.Conclusion EEN should be the first choice of nutrition in elder postoperative patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer.
