摘　　要：目的 探讨在客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）中应用护理教师标准化病人（TSP）对护生进行问诊考试的效果.方法 通过问诊评分表、护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、健康教育对学生进行评分,分析考试结果.结果 护生考试成绩成正态分布,评价结果客观,较好评价了学生的知识掌握情况.结论 应用TSP对护生进行考评,有助于学生早期培养以病人为中心的临床思维方式.Objective To explore the application effects of nursing teacher standard patient （TSP） to objective structured clinical examination （OSCE）.Methods Students were given a mark from aspects of inquisition score table,nursing evaluation,nursing diagnosis,nursing plan and health education.Then examination results were analyzed.Results The data were normal distribution.The evaluation results were objective and effective.Conclusions Using TSP to evaluate nursing students is helpful for them to cultivate their clinical thinking model of taking patients as the centre.
