摘 要:目的研制ICU专科护士的能力测评量表,建立和完善护士能力评价体系。方法对21个重症监护中心的210名女性注册护士进行问卷调查,通过因子分析和项目分析构建量表,并检验其信效度。结果最终的量表包括沟通协调、健康教育和应急应变3因子共72个条目。3个因子的内部一致性信度分别为0.96,0.94和0.90,条目在各维度上的载荷均在0.4以上,达到了较好的结构效度。结论该评测量表具有较好的测量学特征,为评估专业护士尤其是ICU专科护士的能力提供了重要的客观依据。Objective to eXplore the rating scales capability of assessing competencies of ICU nurses , forming and complementing the competency assessment system. Methods A purposive sample of 210 female clinical registered nurses working in 21 intensive care units were investigated using self-designed questionnaire. Factor analysis and item analysis were applied to establish the scale' s validity and reliability. Results The final scale consisted 3 dimensions with 72 items. The dimensions were coordination and communication, health cultivation and straining, the Cronbach' sot of which are 0. 96, 0. 94 and 0. 90 respectively. And all the factor loadings to its items were above 0.4, which demonstrated that those dimensions and their items were consistent. Conclusions The rating scale is proved to be of great psychometric characteristics and it provides an essential way to structure evidence demonstrating evolving competency of nurses, especially with an intensive care context.
