摘 要:调制沥青的球化过程是制备具有良好圆形度和高机械性能球形活性炭的关键步骤。实验以各向同性高软化点沥青为主要原料,通过加入3嘛%~60wt%的减粘剂获得调制沥青。加热调制沥青,使其处于流动态,采用乳化法实现沥青的球化。借助SMZ800体视显微镜的观测和平均圆形度的测试,确定乳化法所得PSAC圆形度好、粒径分布范围宽。The formation of pitch spheres is the key step of pitch-based spherical activated carbon preparation. In present study, high softening point pitches were used as materials which were blended with 30wt%--60wt% naphthalene. The pitch was heated to flow, and then injected into a suspension. The obtained pitch spheres were found to have good sophericity and wide granule size distribution through microscope observation and average sophericity test.
