摘 要:对W市水源水和9种组合工艺出水中的TOC、微量有机污染物进行了检测及有机浓集物的Ames试验。结果表明:无论在枯水期还是丰水期,含有活性炭的组合工艺出水Ames试验结果均为阴性,且大大降低了TOC及微量有机污染物的含量,而其它组合工艺出水Ames试验呈阳性。9种组合工艺出水中的挥发性有机污染物(包括消毒副产物)含量较低,表明消毒副产物的前驱物含量很低。源水及处理出水中一些非挥发性的有机污染物(如酚类、农药、PAHs)超标,表明水中致突变物来源于工业废水和农业废水。A study of TOC, trace organic pollutants and Ames test of organic concentrates of raw water and finished waters from nine combined processes was carried out in the wet period and the dry period. The results showed that, whenever in what period, the contents of TOC and trace organic pollutants in finished water from the combined processes including activated carbon were reduced greatly,and the result of Ames test was negative.However,the result of Ames test was positive for the raw water and the finished waters from other combined processes. The contents of volatile organic pollutants (including disinfection by-product, DBP) in the finished waters from nine combined processes were low. This indicated that precursor contents of DBP were very low. Some nonvolatile organic pollutants (phenols, pesticides, PAHs) were beyond the standard in the raw water and all finished waters, which showed that mutagens came from industrial and agricultural wastewater.
