摘　　要：医疗保险谈判机制的建立,有利于控制医疗费用,提高医疗质量。文章对医疗保险谈判机制的理论基础进行了剖析,明确了医疗保险谈判机制的制度框架;对医疗保险谈判机制的国际经验进行了总结,划分了医疗保险谈判机制的基本模式;对我国医疗保险谈判机制探索实践中的现实困境进行了分析,目的在于寻求我国医疗保险谈判机制的发展之道。The establislunent of medical insurance negotiation mechanism is helpful to control medical costs and improve the quality of medical service. The theoretical basis and framework of medleal insurance negotiation mechanism was analyzed. And experiences of medical insurance negotiation mechanism from abroad were summarized. Thnen, their main models were classified. Furthermore, prediemnents in exploring Chinese medleal insurance negotiation mechanism were analyzed. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward to improve Chinese medical insurance negotiation system.
