摘  要:在开环数控机床中,由于计算机的速度和精度都很高,完全能满足数控机床高速度、高精度的要求;因而数控机床的精度和速度等全取决于步进电机的伺服系统性能。当选择和应用合适的步进电机伺服系统,可满足一般数控铣床速度和精度的要求。同时介绍了XK5040数控立式铣床的功能及主要参数和其伺服驱动系统特点。The open-circuit control used to control the digital machine-tool was already able to meet with the requirement of high speed and precision for the digitalcontrl machine-tool successfully because of the computer's speed and precision.That's why the speed and precision of the digital-control machine-tool was decided by the characteristics of the step motor servo system.Requirement of high speed and precision for the general-purpose digitalcontrol milling machine could be accomplished in the condition that proper step motor servo system was selected and applied.Meanwhile,main function of the XK5040 digital-control milling machine and features of its servodrive system was introduced.
