马斯洛的人本主义幸福观探析

摘　　要："幸福"自古以来一直是人类致思和争论的一个重要话题。马斯洛以他的"需要层次论"作为理论基础,建构了一种以个人基本需要的满足为核心价值取向的人本主义幸福观。这种幸福观表现为一种"幸福层次论",暗示了"幸福的本质在于个人基本需要的满足"这一幸福论命题,同时强调个人幸福的实现需要达到一定的主体条件和客观外部条件,对我们思考个人幸福问题和树立个人幸福观具有一定的启发意义。Happiness has always been an important topic of human theorizing.Depending on the Theory of Demand,Marslow has tried to put forward a humanistic view of happiness,which is marked by the central value-orientation of satisfying personal basic demands.Marslow＇s view implies a proposition of happiness,that is,the nature of happiness lies in the satisfaction of human basic demands.Besides,it does hold that personal happiness cannot be realized without certain conditions.Marslow＇s view of happiness can help us think of the issue of personal happiness and establish a reasonable personal view of happiness.
