中欧取样制样方法检测辽宁花生黄曲霉毒素对比试验

摘　　要：本文分别采用我国SN/T0800.1-1999和欧盟98/53/EC指令规定的取样制样方法检测辽宁花生的黄曲霉毒素,并对结果进行分析、研究。通过中欧取样制样方法的对比试验,得出2种取样制样方法效果等同的结论,而且SN/T0800.1-1999规定的取样制样方法能缩短检验流程,更快速、更灵敏、更环保,每年可为出口企业节约检测成本数十万元人民币。The study used the test method of sampling and sample preparation in SN/T 0800.1-1999 and 98/53/EC to detect aflatoxin in peanuts in Liaoning,and analysed the study result.By the contrast of different results between methods in SN/T 0800.1-1999 and 98/53/EC,the conclusion has been indicated that the result of aflatoxin testing in SN/T 0800.1-1999 was equal to the 98/53/EC and this method in SN/T 0800.1-1999 could shorten the inspection process,and is more efficient,sensitive and good for the environment.It could save hundreds of thousand RMB yuan of inspection cost for the export enterprises each year.
