摘　　要：针对目前社会对于生物应用型高级人才的需求,本文从优化教学内容、改革课堂教学方法、更新教学手段、改革考核方法等方面,对高职高专分子生物学实验教学改革进行了探索。通过教学实践,在提高同学们的获取知识能力和动手操作能力以及培养同学们的团队意识方面取得了很好的效果。In order to meet the need of high-level applied talents of biology,this paper explores the teaching reform of molecular biology experiment in the level of higher vocational college in terms of teaching content,classroom teaching approach,teaching tools and evaluation methods.Through teaching practice,this reform proved that it is effecitive in enhancing students＇ knowledge-obtaining and operating ability as well as cultivating students＇ team spirit.
