摘　　要：鼻咽癌诊断的复杂性及诊断水平的限制,很多的患者确诊时已是中晚期。姑息治疗作为一种新的医疗模式,能减轻鼻咽癌患者的痛苦,提高生存质量。姑息治疗的发展将提高癌症治疗效果,为患者带来希望。For the complication and limitation of diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, many patients have been in ad- vanced status when they are final diagnosed. Palliative care is a new medical treatment, it could reduce the misery and improve quality of life. The development of palliative care will set up the therapeutic efficacy of carcinoma and bring hope to the patients.
