摘　　要：人才培养是高等学校的根本任务。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(征求意见稿)(以下简称《规划纲要》)对高等学校人才培养工作提出了一系列重要的战略思想和重大举措,对高等学校提高人才培养质量具有重要的指导意义。影响人才培养质量的主要因素之一是人才培养模式。《规划纲要》特别强调更新人才培养理念,更加强调创新人才培养模式。本文采撷5所高校创新型人才培养模式的实践与探索,以资参鉴。Talent cultivation is the primary task of higher education institutions.The Plan Outline for Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development（Consultative Paper） puts forward a series of important strategic ideas and major measures for the talent cultivation in higher education institutions,which has important guidance meaning to improve the quality of talent cultivation.One of the main factors that affect the quality of talent cultivation is the mode of talent cultivation.The Plan Outline especially stresses on upgrading the idea of talent cultivation,but more on innovating the mode of talent cultivation.The paper selects the practice and exploration of innovative talent cultivation in fi ve higher education institutions to serve the reader.
