摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,新时期高校档案创新工作成为档案工作面临的新的问题。通过创新,可以全面提高工作效率和服务水平。本文分析了档案创新的必要性后,就高校档案工作者面对的新形势,从观念,管理、业务、制度和开发利用等方面的创新进行了探析。With the development of Information Technology, the innovation of college archives work in new period faced a new problem. We can improve work efficiency and level of service by innovation. The paper analyzes the necessity of archives innovation firstly, then, researches the college archives innovation from the aspects of concept, management, business, system and exploited utilization which are the confront of college archivists.
