循证医学、创新意识与临床医学研究生教育

摘　　要：临床医学研究生教育作为培养高级临床医生已经显示出其巨大的作用。我国临床医学研究生的培养模式已开始从科研型向实践型转化，并逐渐使高学历与高能力得到有机的统一；代替传统医学模式的循证医学给临床医学研究生教育带来了挑战，将循证医学引入医学教育是临床医学发展的必然趋势，有利于培养具有人文精神，综合能力、创新能力强的合格医学生。本文初析了循证医学和创新意识在临床研究生教学中的重要指导作用，指出传统临床医学研究生教育模式的局限性，通过详述循证医学、创新意识在临床医学教育中的应用及效果，充分证实了循证医学和创新意识应用于临床研究生教育的必要性和必然性，根据需要应建立科学的、系统的临床医学教育模式。Analyze the important guiding role of the evidence-based medicine and innovative in clinical graduate program, and point out the limitation of traditional clinical post-graduate education model. Through describing the application and effect of the evidence-based medicine and innovation in clinical medical education, necessity and inevitability of evidence-based medicine and innovative are obvious and proved to be added into the graduate program. Based on the nature of application, it requires establishing a scientific, systematic clinical education model.
