摘　　要：Ｂａｒ基因是广泛应用于基因工程育种中的除草剂抗性基因，也是遗传转化中的标记基因。综述了Ｂａｒ基因的作用机制、Ｂａｒ基因在转基因植物中的表达和遗传及其对转基因水稻农艺性状的影响。Bar gene is widely used in plant genetic engineering breeding as a herbicide resistant gene, and in genetic transformation as a marker gene. The action mechanism of bar gene, its inheritance and its influence on agronomic characteristics in its transgenic rice were reviewed. The applications of transgenic rice plants with bar gene in utilization of rice heterosis were also discussed.
