摘　　要：目的检测氧化还原因子1(Ref-1)在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法收集120例胃癌和15例正常胃黏膜组织,用免疫组织化学法检测Ref-1基因的表达,并分析Ref-1与胃癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果 Ref-1在胃癌和正常胃黏膜组织中呈胞核、胞质或核质共表达。Ref-1胞质表达与胃癌分化程度相关(p<0.05)。结论 Ref-1表达在胃癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of redox factor-1 （Ref-1） in human gastric cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty gastric cancer specimens and their normal counter parts were obtained. Immunohistochemistry were used to detect protein expression of Ref-1. And clinicopathological relevance of Ref-1 in gastric cancer was analyzed. Results Ref-1 were detected in nuclei,cytoplasm and nuclei together with cytoplasm of normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues. The positive rates of Ref-1 in cytoblast of gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa were respectively 67.5% and 93.3%,while the positive rates in cytoplasm were respectively 9.2% and 80%,and those in both cytoblast and cytoplasm were respectively 23.3% and 60%. Compared with normal gastric tissues,gastric cancer tissues had lower Ref-1 expression in cytoplasm and both cytoblast and cytoplasm （p〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Ref-1 is detected extensively,but mainly in cytoblast of gastric mucosa. However,Ref-1 expression,lower in cytoplasm,might play an important role in the genesis and development of gastric cancer.
