摘　　要：坏疽性口炎是发生在口颊组织的腐败性坏死,具有发展迅速、致死致畸率高等特点。本文报道1例坏疽性口炎致颌面部畸形的病例,并结合文献对其进行讨论。Cancrum oris is a kind of gangrenous disease happening on the maxillofacial region. It is characterized by developing rapidly, high lethality and deforming rate. This article reported a case of maxillofacial deformity caused by cancrum oris, and discussed based on relevant literatures.
