120例儿童异常瞬目症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童异常瞬目症的病因及相关治疗。方法 120例(226只眼)3～15岁儿童,检查包括病史、视力、眼睑、结膜、角膜、眼底、屈光状态、BUT、Schirmer试验,发现病因并进行相关治疗。结果 120例(226只眼)中,52例(104只眼)屈光不正,66例(118只眼)有眼表疾患,其中慢性结膜炎40例(80只眼),干眼10例(18只眼),下睑倒睫5例(7只眼),结膜结石3例(4只眼),霰粒肿、麦粒肿6例(6只眼),浅层点状角膜炎2例(3只眼),针对病情治疗后异常瞬目消失100%。体质虚弱偏食患儿1例(2只眼),多动症患儿1例(2只眼)。结论儿童异常瞬目症大多有原发病因,其中屈光不正和眼表疾患是主要病因,还应注意患者全身状况。早诊治及发现儿童眼部问题,可从根本上防止眼疾的发展,对异常瞬目症者伴有多动症者,应请神经科协助治疗。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and appropriate therapy in children with abnormal blinking.Methods 120 cases（226 eyes）from 3 to 15 years were studied.These examinations were maked these cases including the visual acuity,eyes position,the cornea and conjunctiva,ocular fundus,ophthalmometry,BUT,schirmertest.We found pathogenesis and made treatments.Results Fifty-two patients（104 eyes）were found to have ametropia.Sixty-six（118 eyes）patients were found to have ocular surface disease including chronic conjunctivitis.Five cases（7 eyes）had blephareosis.Three cases（4 eyes）had conjunctival concretion.Six cases（6 eyes）had hordeolum.One case（2 eyes）had body weakness.One case（2 eyes）was found to have hyperkinetic syndrome.Conclusion Abnormal blink reflex in children can be caused by a variety of factors.The most common were ametropia and ocular surface disease.Should pay attention to the whole body and find the children＇s eye disease.A few patients should go to see neurology doctor.
