摘　　要：目的:探讨单侧唇裂术后继发鼻孔畸形的治疗方法。方法:矫正单侧唇裂术后继发唇鼻畸形的同时,将Medpor条形支架置入鼻孔缘皮下。结果:2004年1月至2010年3月采用本法治疗单侧唇裂术后唇鼻畸形患者共23例,取得了良好的治疗效果。结论:Medpor置入有助于唇裂术后继发唇鼻孔畸形的矫正。Objective A new procedure is explored for deviated noses after operation for cleft lip.Methods From January 2004 to March 2010,twenty-three patients with secondary unilateral cleft lip nasal orifice deformities were operated with this procedures.Medipor were implanted to correct the nasal orifice deformities.Results All the thirteen patients were satisfied with their results and nasal orifice deformities were corrected very well.Conclusion This method is useful to correct nasal orifice deformities.
