摘　　要：目的:探讨单侧唇裂术后继发歪鼻畸形的治疗方法。方法:对2007年1月至2010年4月期间我科收治的单侧唇裂术后继发歪鼻畸形的20例患者,联合应用整形外科鼻骨整形与耳鼻喉科内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正的方法进行治疗。结果:本组20例患者术后效果满意,歪鼻改善明显。结论:整形外科鼻骨整形与耳鼻喉科内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正的方法联合应用,可以有效矫正单侧唇裂术后继发歪鼻畸形。Objective A new procedure is explored for secondary unilateral cleft lip deviated nasal deformities.Methods From January 2007 to April 2010,twenty patients with secondary unilateral cleft lip deviated nasal deformities were operated with nasal bone osteotomy and nasal septum deviation correction by plastic surgeons and ENT surgerons.Results All the ten patients were satisfied with their results and the deviated noses were corrected.Conclusion This method is useful to correct secondary unilateral cleft lip deviated nasal deformities.
