摘　　要：目的探讨SH2-B在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学法检测SH2-B在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达,分析其与临床分期、病理分级和发病年龄的相关性。结果 SH2-B在肿瘤中的表达呈质-核型,以细胞质为主。SH2-B在良性卵巢肿瘤、交界性卵巢肿瘤、卵巢浆液性癌中的阳性表达率分别为28%、48%、91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢浆液性癌中SH2-B的阳性表达率与染色强度计分均明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤和交界性卵巢肿瘤(P<0.01)。SH2-B在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达与临床分期及病理分级有关(P<0.05),与发病年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论 SH2-B可能与卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of SH2-B in ovarian serous carcinoma.Methods The expression of SH2-B was detected in ovarian serous tumor by using immunohistoch-emistry assay, and the correlation between SH2-B and clinical stage ,pathological grade and age was analyzed.Results SH2-B expressed in cytoplast and cytoplasm of tumor, mainly in cytoplasm.The positive rate of SH2-B in benign tumor, borderline tumor and serous carcinoma was 28%, 48% and 91%, respectively,and there was significant difference within them（P0.05）. The expression rate of positive cells and the score of staining intensity of SH2-B in serous carcinoma were significantly higher than that in borderline tumor and benign tumor （P0.01）.The expression of SH2-B in serous carcinoma revealed that there was no correlation between SH2-B expression and age（P0.05） except for clinical stage and pathological grade（P0.05）.Conclusion SH2-B may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
