摘　　要：目的比较分析DOXF辅助化疗方案与DFP辅助化疗方案治疗中晚期鼻咽癌患者的近期疗效及其血液毒性反应。方法回顾性比较研究DOXF辅助化疗方案与DFP辅助化疗方案治疗中晚期鼻咽癌辅助化疗的近期疗效及其血液毒性反应。实验组27例,应用DOXF辅助辅助化疗方案治疗;对照组20例,应用DFP辅助化疗方案。仔细分析两组相关症状及血常规变化情况,比较其近期疗效差异。结果实验组27例中,CR7例,PR10例,总有效率(CR+PR)63.0%;对照组20例中,CR5例,PR8例,总有效率65.0%,两组近期疗效无明显差异。比较两组血液学反应,均有不同程度出血和骨髓抑制,但实验组较对照组血液毒性反应较轻。结论与传统的DFP方案比较,DOXF辅助化疗方案治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效差异无统计学意义,但其血液毒性程度低,患者耐受性高,更易完成全周期放化疗计划。Objective To compare the short-term therapeutic effects and the hematotoxicities between DOXF and DEF projects as adjuvant chemotherapy for the treatment of cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） at advanced stages based on a clinical trial. Methods A retrospective study was made among 47 NPC cases at advanced stages treated in our Hospital, with 27 cases in treating group （TG） treated by DOXF project and 20 in controlling group （CG） treated by DFP project. Their clinical data, including the short-term therapeutic effects and the commonly seen hematotoxicities, were carefully analyzed in a comparative way. Results Among the 27 cases of TG, 7 were evaluated as CR and 10 evaluated as PtL with a total effective rate of 63.0%（CR＋PR）, while they were 5 and 8, with the total effective rate being 65.0% respectively among the cases of CG, with no statistic significance between them in the short-term of therapeutic effects. However, the hematotoxic reactions were much mild among the cases of TG as compared with that of CG, though there were such symptoms as hemorrhage and myelosuppression in both groups at various degrees. Conclusions Although DOXF project holds the same short-term therapeutic effect as that of classic project of DFP, the former has much less Hematoxieity than that of the latter, for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma at advanced stages as adjuvant chemotherapy.
