前臂桡侧游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结前臂桡侧游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的经验。方法对14例前臂桡侧游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的病例进行回顾性分析,总结临床经验与教训。结果 14例前臂桡侧皮瓣移植术后全部成活,供区创面一期愈合,修复后口腔功能恢复良好,外形基本满意。结论前臂桡侧游离皮瓣解剖结构恒定、制备方便、厚薄适中,是一种理想的口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复皮瓣。Objeetlve To summarize the clinical experience with repairing of the soft tissue defects in oral and maxillofacial region with radial forearm flee flap based on a clinical trial. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 1 4 case received oral and maxillofacial reconstruction operation and repaired with radial forearm flee flap to the soft tissue defects in the operative field following the surgery. Then, a summarization was made to learn the clinical experience and lesson in this field. Results All the free flaps used for reconstruction operation in this group of cases were healed at stage I, with basically satisfactory oral-facial appearance in the recipient region and nearly literally recovered oral function. Conclusions Radial forearm flee flap is characterized by such features as consistent anatomical structures, convenient for flap preparing, and feasible in the reconstruction of soft tissue defects in oral and maxillofacial areas.
