摘 要:通过分析麻醉科医师与患者在麻醉前谈话的目的、谈话前需要掌握的情况、谈话时应让患者及其家属了解的情况以及谈话的忌与宜等,从而加强医患沟通,改善医患关系,减少医患纠纷。The conversation between anesthetist and patient before anesthesia is not a simple contact with the patient, but rather implies a profound philosophy. Conversation before anesthesia reflects an anesthetist's qualification in medical science, medical ethics and professional responsibility. It plays a very important role in improving patients' satisfaction for anesthesia, improving physician -patient relationship and reducing medical disputes. Anesthetists must continuously improve their conversation methods and skills in clinical practice.
