摘  要:目的研究无精子症患者夫妇双方对人工授精技术的伦理态度,以期促进该项技术更好地为患者服务。方法自制问卷调查了67对无精子症患者夫妇,分析他们对不同源人工授精、对夫妻感情影响、抚养责任和赡养义务、精子的商品化等问题的伦理态度。结果无精子症患者夫妇对AID的态度存在显著差异(P<0.01);AIH对夫妻感情影响不大,但AID时71.6%的女方认为夫妻感情有影响;在抚养责任和赡养义务上双方认识无显著性差异(P>0.05),在精子的商品化问题上67.2%的男性赞成为供精者提供适当营养费,76.1%的女性不赞成为供精者提供适当营养费。结论 AID会引发许多伦理问题,临床应用时应遵循有利于患者、知情同意、保护后代、社会公益等伦理原则,以减少纠纷,造福社会。Objective To study the ethical attitude of azoospermia couples towords artificial insemination technology,aiming at better application. Methods A questionnaire was employed among 67 pairs of azoospermia couples, concerned items of their ethical attitude include : artificial insemination of different sources, the influence on the relationship between couples, parental responsibility and maintenance obligations, and the commercialization of sperms. Results There exists notable difference in azoospermia couples' attitude towords AID ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; AIH little effect on marital relations,but 71.6% percent of the women think AID affected the feelings;There was no significant difference among the couples in parental responsibility and maintenance obligations ( P 〉 0.05 ), The issue of commercialization in the sperms ,67.2% of men are in favor of providing appropriate payments for donors, but 76.1% of women do not agree. Conclusion AID may cause many ethical problems, and its clinical exercise should be in accordance with relevant laws and ethical principles such as respect for patients interests, fight of informed consent, protection of future generations and social welfare so as to avoid disputes and benefit the whole society.
